Identification of target audiences.
Involve stakeholders and provide a feed back channel.
First things first -- Rank order the workplan and feedback.
Fix all errors as soon as possible.
Roll in extended content incrementally - release early and often.
Growth involves change - embrace and focus it.
Repeat forever.
